Week of August 13:
Continue to touch up drywall around the house.  Brad has become quite the pro at sanding and retouching the drywall.

Watched a video on YouTube regarding European hinges and how to remove the cupboard doors...fantastic.  Now we can sand the cabinets and repaint them.

Sunday, August 12
The new fence is installed on the West side of the yard.  Looks gorgeous...thanks Matt.  Brad power washed the older section of fence on the East side of the yard.  Next up...using deck sealer to seal the wood.

Saturday, August 11
We took the day off to watch our granddaughter, Hadley.  As you can tell, Brad was watching her from under his eyelids.  I didn't want to turn on the overhead light so the pictures didn't turn out very well...sigh.

August 4,
We are removing 40+ years of paint from the window sills.  Using Jasco paint stripper has not been as easy as we hoped but the final results should be worth it.

July 28,
The family gets together for a pizza party.  Our niece is here from New Zealand.  What a treat!

Brad and Dan power rake the yard in 100+° weather.
