One of Brad's friends recommended a guy at work for doing our drywall repairs.  He started last night.  There were several areas where the previous roof had leaked and caused problems.

The hardwood floors need to be refinished.  For the most part they are in really good shape.  The finish has completely worn through in a few spots.

The bathroom was remodeled by the previous owner.  We don't love their tile job but it will work.  I am trying to talk Brad in to getting the pink bathtub refinished.  Wish me luck!
